If one has a goal, one should never give up working towards that goal.
One should perhaps change their goal if necessary.
Giving up can almost guarantee failure, it seems.
There is no good reason to give up.
If the going gets tough, the tough get going, perhaps.
Keep working towards goals.
A goal should be changed if a better more attainable and/or desirable goal comes along perhaps.
Hopefully, more humans will succeed in working towards and having success with their goals.
It can feel quite good to achieve goals.

Should You Practice Krav Maga?
Perhaps you should practice Krav Maga or perhaps you should practice Aikido. Self defense is good and can be useful. Hopefully, in the future, all humans will be able to walk around freely without there being any risk in doing so. Peace can come from strength and ability to defend oneself, it seems, at least to a certain extent. Krav Maga can probably be good for both learning self-defense and also personal fitness. In this way, the discipline serves multiple functions. Perhaps there is even a positive community that is worthwhile to be involved in.
There are other disciplines like Judo and Aikido that are also geared towards helping one be able to defend oneself if one ever had to.
Krav Maga and/or Aikido can likely be enjoyable to practice, too. Every human is different, so everyone will enjoy certain things and not others. However, one will not know if they enjoy something unless they try it.
It is sometimes good to be prepared for worst case scenarios. It just makes sense to, in certain regards.

Self Defense Can Be For Everyone
Perhaps everyone should learn self-defense. Self defense can be useful. There are implements that can assist in self-defense. There are also martial arts and self-defense classes that can enable to keep oneself safe.
It is not hard to find self-defense classes. One can look for classes in a phone book and/or perhaps just look on the Internet. They should not be hard to find. Self-defense is definitely worthwhile. Good luck.

Have You Been Shamed By Involuntary Commitment?
Have you been shamed by involuntary commitment? What should you do about it. Perhaps you should campaign to end the injustice of involuntary commitment. Dr. Thomas Szasz and others advocate that we abolish involuntary commitment/treatment and the insanity defense. This seems just and right. You should perhaps help work to make this happen and thereby create more peace and justice on this Earth.

Do You Want To Be Healthy?
Do you need to lose weight? Should you be eating a better diet? What can you do to become healthier? Do you see a dentist ever 6 months, and do you see a doctor as often your doctor would like to see you? Do you get blood work done when you need to?
At least eat healthy. At least get enough sleep. Figure out new ways that you can become healthier. Do you laugh enough? Do you make enough money? Living in poverty is associated with higher mortality rates.
Find out what you can do to become healthier and do it. Don't waste time. Take immediate steps to become healthier. Start today.
Make sure your BMI is normal. Also make sure you feel attractive and beautiful. It seems like if you feel attractive and beautiful then you will naturally be healthier. This is just speculation.
Make sure you get enough exercise, but don't exercise too much. Eat well and sleep enough. Work hard and play hard. Also, take some vacations that you enjoy.

What Is The Best Diet For Idiots For Effective Weight Loss?
Fat loss can be difficult. Gaining weight for those who want to or should gain weight can also be difficult. However, others have had success in losing weight. So what are the best diets for idiots? Fatloss for idiots is not something to joke about. No one should think of their self as an idiot. You are not an idiot if you have tried many times to lose fat and have not succeeded. You just need to find out what will work for you. I don't know if an idiot proof diet handbook exists. Maybe surgery is the right option for you. Whatever will work, personal responsibility is key. You need to start by making a personal decision to take responsibility for the eventual successful outcome. That means that you won't give up on the journey of finding an effective fat loss method that works for you.
